Hollow glass is a new type of building material that has good thermal insulation, sound insulation, aesthetic applicability, and can reduce the weight of buildings.
It is made of two (or three) pieces of glass, using high-strength, high-gas-tightness composite adhesive to bond the glass pieces with an aluminum alloy frame containing a desiccant, creating high-performance soundproof and thermal insulation glass. Hollow glass has many superior properties compared to ordinary double-layer glass, which is why it has been recognized worldwide. Hollow glass consists of two or more pieces of glass effectively supported and evenly spaced apart, with the edges bonded and sealed, forming a glass product with a space containing dry gas between the glass layers. Its main materials are glass, warm edge spacer bars, corner pins, butyl rubber, polysulfide sealant, and desiccant.
